The PTF Pie Press is an industrial equipment designed to form food products in circular shapes, up to a diameter of 350 mm.

The PTF Pie Press has been designed to manufacture pies, tarts and others in puff pastry, shortcrust and others.

It allows the use of several dies/moulds in the same machine and the control of essential parameters for the execution of mouldings such as pressure, temperature and pressing time.
