PMF TART PRESS

PMF Tart Press machine is an industrial equipment designed to delicately mould dough into tins or foils, replacing manual labour through a mechanized system, ensuring greater production and greater uniformity without reducing product quality.

The PMF does customized products with different types of dough (puff pastry, short crust, biscuit base, gluten-free …) and in several formats (cylindrical, square, triangular, oval, ..), allowing the essential adjustments for each product.
